Product: Hp pavilion 15-123cccl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hard drive was damaged. Could not make a recovery disk. Now the new hard drive is asking for operating sys. How can I fix this. My old computer runs on windows 7.

Hi:
If your old PC is running W7 64 bit, use the HP cloud recovery tool on it to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your 15-123cccl notebook.
