Pavilion N9E13UA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven't used this laptop for a couple years because it will not update to a current version of Win 10. This afternoon I am giving this 1 more try. Windows update stops and says it detects issues with the Pavilion. When I click fix issues, windows says I need to update the bios. Using support assistant I can't find any bios updates for Pavilion. Is there a workaround for this flaw?

Your machine is an HP Pavilion 17-g121wm, its specs

You can use the latest BIOS (August 28, 2019)  from the following link

Thanks. I downloaded both bios updates there and presume I install the older one then the newer one. However.  The install of the bios has the flaw of never ending loop backing up current bios and files. I cannot install because to quit out of the never ending backup loop is to quit out of the install. Is there a way around this flaw?
