Hello, I went to clean everything off my notebook due to lack of space but it then showed up with a blue screen then kept showing the HP loading screen then would restart and keeps doing this. Every time I go to the troubleshoot page it runs the test then tells me I cannot restart the the PC.

 

would somebody please get back to me asap as its meaning I cannot do school work. Thank you

As I understand the computer is powering on but it won't boot to the desktop screen, and the computer loops on this screen.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

Have you made any software or hardware changes on the PC?

Was there any update/reset interrupted, recently?

when was the last time it worked (date)?

Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting this on HP Support Forums?

 

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:

 

Perform a hard reset on the notebook

 

Run the System diagnostics test as well as extensive test on the Hard drive and Memory from F2

 

Please follow the steps suggested in the guided troubleshooter for - No Power or No Boot Troubleshooting - Click here

Hello when I brought the laptop, the 16/12/16, I upgraded to windows pro but this happened only a couple of days ago, I also brought windows office and a message kept saying that I couldn't do the updates and one was for windows and the other one was for Microsoft office, I have also tried most the suggestions on the internet but none have worked.
