I am unable to start windows 10 after uninstalling Quick Heal antivirus. But the keyboard and touched are frozen at windows 10 bootup screen. External mouse is working but can't do anything. Some one can tell me how to enter Safe mode at bootup on windows10. F8 is not working.
I am using HP Elite book 840 G1 series.
If I press escape on bootup I am getting options like this
F1- system information
F2- system diagnostics
F3- initiate intel CIRA
F6- enter intel ME setup
F9- Boot device options
F10- BIOS Setup
F12- Network boot
Please someone help me

Hi:
You have to make a bootable W10 installation media (USB flash drive or DVD).
You can use the Media creation tool for that if you don't have installation media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Boot from it and when you get to the install now screen on the lower left side of the window is the repair your computer option.
Select that and then select the troubleshooting options and one of those will be to get you into safe mode.
