I been trying to update my laptop to a newer version of windows 10 for months because I been trying to download ICloud for work. When i run the update it says i need to update BIOS. When i check my drivers it says they are all up to date. I went to the HP support and got a download link for the BIOS update. I ran the update and it said something about BIOS flash failed or so. Then it rebooted and came up with the clear TPM. I dont know anything about that but did not want to lose any personal files because i have a lot of school work on it so i rejected it. Please someone help me through this!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Clear the TPM cache:
- Open the TPM MMC by typing tpm.msc in the service box
- If the User Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click Yes.
- Under Actions, click Clear TPM.
- You will be prompted to restart the computer. During the restart, you might be prompted by the UEFI to press a button to confirm that you wish to clear the TPM.
- After the PC restarts, your TPM will be automatically prepared for use by Windows 10.
