Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install the windows update to my new spectre running Windows 10 home.  The error message says it couldn't install and to contract mfg to see if i can update the BIOS.  I have checked for updates.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and then try updating Windows and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then I recommend you run the Windows update troubleshooter to resolve this issue.
