Hello... please help. Windows 10 took an update and when my computer restarted, everything was gone from the home screen, all of my data and icons, etc, like it was reset. I can see some of my data in my one drive. I cannot open some word docs. one of which is very important. When trying to do a recovery it did not help. I also saw a note that I was operating under a temporary profile. Any idea how I can recover everything? This has never happened after an update before and I am freaking out I won't be able to get my stuff back.

Hello,
don't worry.
Follow this guide, go to section "Restore your computer when Windows starts normally"
https://support.hp.com/th-en/product/hp-latex-360-printers/6838371/document/c03327545
Note: The selected restore time should be before the update that caused problems.
Please report your results.
