My envy broke down after restarting my laptop. All i did was turn on beeter performance in for my external hard drive in device manager. I couldnt make a system recovery iso because it came up with an error.
I managed to get a installation tool for windows 10, I cant repair the drive because it has errors. I think i have to reinstall windows 10. I cant do that because bitlocker is on, what do I do?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the BitLocker is turned on and you are unable to perform a recovery.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
You can turn off the BitLocker using the BitLocker recovery key. In case, you do not have the recovery key then follow the steps in the below article to find the BitLocker recovery key.
