Sir, the laptop with serial number 5CD53606Q2 was purchased with DOS. We have installed Windows 11 version 25H2, and Windows is activated and updated.
But I am facing an issue: multiple drivers are not installing properly, and automatic driver installation is also not working.
Even the drivers downloaded from the HP website are not installing correctly — especially the touchpad driver, due to which the touchpad is not working.

This driver should be installing the SM Bus Controller, and the PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller:

 

Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver 

 

sp158877.exe

 

In order for me to try and help you find the other drivers you need, please post the hardware ID's for any other devices needing drivers.
