Hello, Currently using Windows 11 and in my Laptop series [personal info removed]- HP Envy, the option for Facial Recognition is unavailable. As per the available solutions, i have tried to do as much trial and error as possible. But it seems that my Laptop does not any Imaging Drivers in the system. Now how to proceed with the initial steps so that i can set up my facial recognition in Laptop.

You can bypass or skip this step and continue because your machine may NOT have IR/3D webcam. By the way, what is your machine ? Please use the following way to find out:

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
The computer must have a high-grade IR camera to use Facial Recognition.
According to everything I've checked, including Specifications and PartSurfer, your system does not have an IR camera.

PartSurfer might be able to tell you exactly which parts came installed with your device.
- For the most precise results, use your Serial Number for your search
- Reminder: Do NOT post private information (including serial number) in the Community
Open PartSurfer
- Select your Country
- Enter the device Product Number , Serial Number, or Part Number in the Quick Search box
- HINT: To see a system-specific list, replace the Product Number with your device Serial Number
- Items accompanied by a tiny box in the Add-to-Cart column are available for purchase
Parts marked as "n/a" (or are missing from the list) are not available from HP.
Parts marked as available for purchase might be available > CHECK: HP Parts Store
OR
When HP does not provide the part for retail purchase,
Use your search engine to find a compatible part number replacement at your favorite online store.
