OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509V7AV)

my omen 17 is hibernating on 80-83 C temp. I am not even using performance mode. it's hibernating in balanced mode. when turning on performance mode it hibernates faster than usual. I am using this laptop for around 3 months. I feel fans are working fine. I think it should hibernate after 92-95C since the max temp it can handle is 100C. But it is just annoying at this point since I can't really get any performance out of it.

edit: after searching more I realized it's the same issue that people had after upgrading to bios version f.08 in 2020. i have f.13 right now. also, the event manager log is here:

The system was hibernated due to a critical thermal event.
Hibernate Time = ‎2023‎-‎01‎-‎26T13:06:14.150183700Z
ACPI Thermal Zone = \_TZ.TZ01
_HOT = 373K
