Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (31R09AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Laptop started in black screen. Can't do anything but to reinstall windows. I need the product key. Tried finding in BIOS, by using the command on command prompt and also tried in the path in regedit.  Unable to find. I had earlier received it online when such error took place. Now I don't remember how to find. Kindly help.

What is your HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (31R09AV)  machine ? It could be one of the following over 80 machines

 

         https://support.hp.com/au-en/product/product-specs/hp-laptop-pc-15-dw3000/model/2100000419

 

For example :  HP Laptop 15s-du3013TU

 

You can easily to install Windows 11 again using ISO file from

 

             https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

 

System will activate itself using the key in BIOS.
