Why cant I upgrade Windows 11 past 21H2?  I want to get the new stuff.  22H2? Its a very new HP laptop.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try doing an in-place update by clicking on the blue W11 Installation Assistant button at the link below (1st option) to immediately begin the update process from 21H2 to 24H2.
