Windows 11 at the homepage flashes and crashes I am not able to access any apps .

this is the problem it is flickeringno taskbar is present

windows 11 crashes and flashes at homepage after you login into windows account and you your are not able to access any apps.we talked to hp support whatsapp and through call. they told us to reset it and we did it few times . then also it is not working. they told us that it was a software issue or maybe an graphics driver issue or a bios not got updated.so we bought it on amazon.com and it was listed that it came with windows 10 but when we turned it on for the first time it was windows 11 and on the box there was a sticker which mentioned it had windows 11.so does somebody know what's the issue and do we need to install windows 10

no, if you bought a computer, with windows11 preinstalled, you don't have to install windows 10
See if you can perform windows updates
if there is absolutely nothing you can do ask amazon directly, refund , the exchange, which is possible
