Product: HP Laptop PC 15q-ds3001tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Using windows 11 with intel core i3 processor. Laptop battery getting drain completely even after shutdown. No issue with battery, OS is up to date. Checked  Battery drivers update too. 

 

Not found any issue after charge and continuously use.

But once i make shut down, on the second day, my laptop wont switch on. I need to plug the charger and switch it on. During this time my laptop battery shows1% charge. 

 

Tried all suggestions like untick / hibernate options etc. but not working.

 

Realised that most of them facing the same issue.
