I own this laptop  HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h0000 windows 11

Please can you tell me, if there is any HP authorized too to create Bootable disk for windows 11?

Yes, HP offers Cloud Recovery Tool that let you create a recovery usb flash drive. You can download the tool from Microsoft Store. The link below provides detailed instructions.

Thank you, I will try this. I used third party and created emergency disk in the USB. 

Please may I clarify the USB drive does not show the contents ? I tried two times, I have same issue
