Windows 11 clean install driver issue

Trying to complete a windows 11 clean install from USB but it says there is no driver to install. I can not locate the Intel RST driver to download, which I believe is the problem.

Hi:

Your notebook has an AMD processor and chipset according to the specs, so the Intel RST controller drivers are N/A to your notebook's hardware.

I have a HP notebook with a Ryzen 5 4500U processor and clean installed W11 with no problem.

No storage controller drivers are needed for notebooks with the AMD processors.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive.

If you have to use the tool on another PC to create the installation media, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to create the recovery media.

Ok so I tried the usb cloud recovery and this is the screen I get when I insert the usb.....
