Product: HP ZBook Firefly 16 inch G11 Mobile Workstation PC (8K927AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Since I purchased the laptop there are random BSOD crashes during Youtube video playback.
The crashes occur in both Firefox and Edge and are impossible to reproduce: sometimes crash happens after several minutes, sometimes after hours.
I tried both installing the latest audio drivers from HP and fully resetting Windows but neither solution resolved the issue.
Eventually I've noticed that one of the BSODs reported DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL in IntcUSB.sys, Intel USB audio driver and, indeed, I was watching videos with USB headphones. After switching to old analog headphones the crashes appear to be gone but I'm still interested to be able to use USB audio.
