OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0001nq
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I have an laptop HP Omen 15-ek0001nq with Windows 11. My Windows version is 22000.2538 (21H2), date from 2022-06-22.

The service "Windows Update" on laptop works well - I receive new security updates all the time. The TPM module is working.

I downloaded the latest version installation assistant from here Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

During installation I received the message:

"
This computer does not currently meet the requirements for Windows 11
Why:
The system reserved partition cannot be updated.

"

Why my system still not updated to version 22H2 or 22H1?
This worries me because I read an article that the Windows build I have is no longer supported after 2023-10-10.

I clicked on your link.  I think what you need is to do is scroll down to the "Create Windows 11 Installation Media" and make the flash or DVD.  That will be the latest Windows version.  Boot to that media and when it boots to that, click install.

Be sure to pick the version that you have already installed.  If it gives you a choice to upgrade vs clean install pick upgrade.

The version I saw when I made the install media was listed as May 2023.

Thank you for your suggestions. I created Windows 11 Installation Media on a USB stick.

Unfortunately, when I try to install, I get the same message:

"This computer does not currently meet the requirements for Windows 11
Why: The system reserved partition cannot be updated."

Since that method didn't fix the problem, I searched for an answer, since I have not come across this error before.

I found this YouTube video

See if that helps.
