hi, when I install window11, it stops installing at wifi connection. (after keyboard selection) 

I'm using PC 14 - DQ5000 (4T802AV)

Hi:

 

W11 may not have the Wi-Fi driver needed to continue.

 

You can get around that problem by setting up a local account and continue with the setup process.

 

See the info at the link below for how to do that...

 

How to bypass internet connection to install Windows 11 - Pureinfotech

 

Then you can install the applicable Wi-Fi driver from your notebook's support page.
