I was using Windows 10 and tried to upgrade to Windows 11. During the upgrade process, something went wrong. The computer kept restarting automatically and eventually got stuck on the HP logo screen. It cannot boot into Windows anymore.

How was the update installed, through Windows Update or a bootable USB? Is it still stuck? Do you have any important data on this laptop, and do you have another Windows system? Just for confirmation, what is your laptop’s model number?
