Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0043dx

hello,

I am facing starting problem for this laptop . I bought this online in 2019. I forgot from which site I purchased .

so I reinstalled windows 11 which I downloaded from Microsoft site.

I need my original windows key so I can activate windows. 

I also want to know that from which site I purchased this product..... Best buy or Amazon?

Hi:

 

Your notebook's product key is encrypted in the BIOS.

 

You can install the free Showkey plus app from the Microsoft Store and it will show you the W10 product key stored in the BIOS.
