You're very welcome.
Yes, the product key in the BIOS will work when you clean install W11.
Like I wrote before if you want to clean install W11 and you had upgraded from W10, you may be asked to select the version of W11 you want to install after you select the Install Now option.
You select the version of W11 you need to install (Home, Home Single Language, or Pro) and then if you are asked to enter a product key, you select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
I have clean installed W11 on two of my PC's that came with W10, and it worked just fine with the product keys in the BIOS.

Hi:
If your notebook came with W10 or W11, the product key is in your notebook's BIOS.
You don't need it to reinstall Windows 11.
If you upgraded from W10>W11, and you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.

Thanks for your response. Problem is that my laptop is not booting up and stuck at HP logo. I tried all suggestions on "stuck at HP logo thread". At this point, I am thinking of reformatting the laptop. Would the BIOS key work, if I download the windows 11 from microsoft site and try rebooting using USB recovery media
