I have not changed any hardware on my laptop, but windows is not activated and im unable to activate it.

The only suggestion I can offer other than contacting Micrsoft for further assistance would be to see if this works:

 

Download, install and run the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store.

 

ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Apps

 

The report should show an Installed product key and an OEM product key as well as the version of Windows the OEM key is good for.

 

If the installed key is different than the OEM key, change the installed key to the OEM key in the PC settings menu and see if you can activate Windows that way,
