I've had this computer for two years. It's an HP envy 17cr0xx according to windows.
Intel i7-1260P 2.10Ghz
64gb ram
Product id: 00330-70020-33517-AAOEM
Windows 11 Pro installed
Windows 11 Home Key is on the computer according windows system/activation.
My issue is the windows 11 Pro is installed but I don't have the product key. It's not on the computer physically or systematically. It's also not in paperwork or on the box. I contacted the seller on Amazon to see if they could help. I've had the computer since 2023 and had no issues until it started prompting me for the product key this year. Now I can't do something simple such as use my bluetooth speaker to watch a movie. When I click trouble shoot in windows system it says the key on the computer is for windows 11 Home. I don't know why and I don't have a product key for windows 11 pro. I don't want to spend $200 for product key. If it was shipped with Windows 11 Pro it should have included a product key for the same right?

If there is a W11 Pro product key installed, it should show up if you download and run the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store.
ShowKeyPlus - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store
Try to activate Windows with that product key if there is one.
The notebook didn't come with Windows Pro from HP and if the seller won't help you and you don't want to pay Microsoft, then your only option would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive to install W10 Home on your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

SHOWKEY PLUS is showing a product key but windows says it isn't valid when i try to change to it. show key plus is showing windows 11 pro but says there's no MAK key. it's showing OEM stuff and it says it is
OEM Edition: Win 10 RTM Core OEM:DM. Never seen a windows version quite like that.

Win 10 RTM Core OEM:DM is Windows 10 Home.
Win 10 RTM Professional OEM:DM is W10 Pro
Since you can't do anything with the Windows Pro key, you can contact Microsoft for further assistance to see if they can help.

I upgraded one of my HP PC's from W10 Home to W10 Pro and then upgraded it to W11 pro.
I've never had a problem, and my notebook is 5 years old.
I had a W10 Pro product key and followed the instructions at the link below to upgrade to W10 Pro.
Upgrade Windows Home to Windows Pro - Microsoft Support
The Amazon seller definitely should have supplied you with the Windows Pro product key they used to install W11 Pro.
If Microsoft indicates that there is nothing they can do to help you, back up your files and install W11 Home with the recovery media created by the HP cloud recovery tool, or clean install W11 Home by making a plain W11 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:
At least you will be able to use your PC again and should not have further activation issues.
