I accidentally broke Windows because I was experimenting and my laptop is currently asking me to install an operating system since it doesn't have one. Is it possible that I can re-download the Windows that my laptop had from the factory so I can install it without having to buy it?

Must have an intel processor of 10 Th or more
the first thing you should do is to download this disk driver.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp146501-147000/sp146929.exe
Then use win-zip or 7 zip, to unzip the file into a folder, then look in the folder for the dchu_VMD folder, copy that folder to the windows installation USB, which should be created with Microsoft media creation tool in FAT32 or GPT partition.
Then put the USB, turn on the computer and press several times the F9 key, the boot menu appears, you should see the USB if it was well created, select it and start the installation, when you get to the part of selecting the disk you will not see any disk then select install driver gives the path to the folder dchu_VMD on the USB, and the first result select it and then the disk appears and continues with the installation.

Will it erase my data from my hard disk? And on the other hand, when I launch that tool, it shows me an error, an network problem related to my timezone and my time format, I don't know why. Could you help me, please?

This error may be due to the battery being damaged or not installed and changing the BIOS time.
Remember you can download windows from the Microsoft website, the license is stored in the BIOS, as long as your device was sold with windows installed.

Let me ask you one last question. I've already created an image of Windows in a USB, but when I try to launch it on my laptop that doesn't have any OS, it doesn't recognize any USB. But, on the other hand, when I try the same with some Linux distro, it recognize it effectively. Why does it happen? How can I install Windows? Because Windows was the OS by default when I bought my laptop.
