Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had windows 11 upgrade notification in my updater for sometime. I waited to do the upgrade after I reset my pc due to malware. I reset windows and did all given updates, but it is not showing windows 11 upgrade option. Is it because of some error during reset?

Hi:

If you don't want to wait for Microsoft to push the W11 update to your PC, you can click on the blue Windows 11 Installation Assistant button at the link below, and upgrade to W11 today...

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

no, I meant my pc had the upgrade option from windows update itself. I just reset my windows 10 prior to updating because antivirus found some malwares and it kept coming back after removal. But after resetting windows 10, they are not showing the upgrade to windows 11 option anymore. It used to how that your pc is eligible for update. Now they aren't even showing that.

I know what you meant, and as I wrote yesterday, there is no one here that can tell you when Microsoft is going to push the update to your PC again.

You can get the same update that Microsoft would send your PC via Windows update by following the guidance I posted yesterday.

It is not an HP matter.  It all depends on when Microsoft pushes the W11 update to your PC again.

it could be today, it could be a year from now.
