Your PC's processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.

 

For an Intel PC you need an Intel 8th generation core processor.

If you want to install W11 on your PC as is, you can but you would have to use a workaround that bypasses the W11 hardware checks so you can do it.
