HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-1000i (1K4E8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

When I purchased my HP Envy desktop PC it came with Win 10 installed on it. It said that my PC was eligible to have the new Win 11 OS installed on it. I installed Windows 11 as HP told me to. Since I have it installed I have had nothing but problems with very slow bootup time, and with Win 11 updates. Three updates in particular keep cropping up as new updates even though I have already updated them.
What I would like to do is completely uninstall Win 11 and any remanants of Win 10 from my computer and install a new fresh copy of Windows 11 Home on my PC. How do I go about getting a new copy of 11 to install? I think HP made a mistake in telling customers it was OK to install early versions of Win 11 Home when it was still buggy.
Thanks for your assistance.  My email addrs is: cpiet@att.net

Hi:

You can clean install W11 by making a bootable W11 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

After you boot from the W11 installation media and you get to the part that asks: 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.

Click Next, and W11 will install.

After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

Make sure that you back up any files (pictures, documents, music), that you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive, so you can reinstall them afterward.
