Hello there, 
I don't understand why my pc is not eligible for Windows 11 update
I already enable tpm 2.0 
but still is says  my processor isn't compatible
my laptop processor is 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6006U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.00 GHz
ram: 8gb

Please help me out with how can I updating the os

or should I wait for some moment?

The message is clear. You can't upgrade your OS. 

TPM and processor are two different things. The processor is not compatible.

Hi, @ImranSakin 

 

The W11 requirements for the Intel processors has be set to no older than the Intel 8th gen core processors and yours is only a 6th gen.

 

Here is the list of supported processors for W11...

This does not necessarily mean you can't install W11 on your PC, but you would have to perform a clean install and reinstall all of your programs and files.

 

If you want to see if W11 works on your PC, you can make a bootable W11 USB installer from the link below.

If for some reason, W11 does not work correctly on your PC, you can reinstall W10.

 

I currently have W11 clean installed on two PC's that I have, that do not meet the requirements for the W11 upgrade and they both work fine on W11 so far.
