Hola, buenos días.

 

Tengo un portatil HP con Windows 11.

 

Modelo: 15-fd1057la

Serial: >Do not include the product serial number or any private information<

Producto: C64RXLA#ABM

 

En años anteriores HP daba unos discos de instalación y recuperación del sistema. Tambien habia una partición de recuperción del sistema.

En caso de algo, como formatear e instalar el Windows 11.? En caso de instalar el equipo me toma todos los drivers de HP? O tocaria bajarlos de la pagina web?

Mejor dicho, como formateo e instalo el Windows 11 con los drivers originales del equipo?

Hi:

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will restore the original HP factory image on the drive.

Save the USB recovery drive after you make it because when your notebook reaches 5 years of age, HP withdraws support for this software, and you won't be able to download the recovery image anymore.
