Hi:
You can, but most likely the wifi won't work on W7 unless you remove the wifi card and mask a couple of the contacts.

You can also try that one other suggestion listed which would be to pressing and holding the Windows key while pressing the X key to open up an menu for some function options.

I have installed windows 7 and the wifi is working fine. But pen drives are not working though mouse is working on this laptop in windows 7. Pendrives are working on other laptops. I don't know what is happening. Please advise to solve the or should I remove windows 7 and go back to windows 10 ?

Glad the wifi is working.
The USB 2 port should be working if you installed the Intel chipset driver, but your notebook has USB 3.1 controllers, and I don't believe that there are any W7 drivers for those.
You can try these USB 3 drivers from Intel and hope they work. Download, unzip and run the setup application.
