HP 255 G7 Notebook PC (9JH51AV)
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When i try to open the windows 7 install cd/usb it freezes for 1 second on the windows 7 loading icon then gives me a blue screen with the following code: STOP: 0x000000A5. I've read on posts to turn on legacy support which i already did and it did nothing to it, My HP 255 G7 notebook is running Insyde F.39 bios, Does not have any ACPI option nor OS optimizations option.

Hi:

You cannot install or run W7 on a notebook with a Ryzen processor.

That is why you don't see any W7 drivers for your notebook on the support page.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do.

Your Windows operating system options are Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Nothing older is supported/
