Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Some one gave me this old laptop because I can't afford to buy one and I really need one for a new job I'm supposed to be getting. Some one threw this one away or donated it to a local church box but it has a admins password protect on windows 7 and no one knows it since it was a drop off. I got into the second account but I can't make any changes or load programs that I need. Can anyone help it ask for a disk which I can't find or afford. And when it first comes on it says something is missing about wifi I'm not sure can any one help me I really need a job before me and my grandchildren are out in the cold
