Windows 7 factory reset, need help with recovery manager options

I am attempting to do a factory reset of my HP mini, running Windows 7, so I can sell/give it away.  I chose the option to reset to factory settings and I am now at the Recovery Manager screen and have to choose an option to go on, and I don’t know what to choose.  1) I need help immediately a) Microsoft System Restore, or b) System Recovery.  2) I’d like to identify any problems a) Run computer cleanup.  3) I’d like to take precautions a) File Backup Program. 

I removed the documents I wanted to save but do not have a backup disc.  Which option so I choose?
