when i try to enter serial it shows me 

The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options.

Hi,

 

Seems like you are using an OEM copy. Im so sorry. OEM is not applicable to what I posted above. Kindly call HP and ask for a recovery disk if your computer is still under warranty.
