Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

HP Stream 11 doesn't have space for Windows 10, I need the Windows 8.1 with Bing that will install without a key, Windows 8.1 came with this PC.

Hi:

 

W8.1 with Bing was not available for download from Microsoft.

 

Your only option would be to purchase recovery media for your notebook from HP.

I used the info at the link below a long time ago to create a W8.1 w/Bing installation disk, and it booted up but since I don't have any PC's with W8.1 w/Bing licenses, I never could test it out.
