Product: HP Pavilion g6-2200ee Notebook PC

Hi sir,

       My laptop is not working properly. I cannot open Microsoft store,they says that network issue, but my network is connected.I think my laptop is window 8,i don't know much about laptop.I cannot update Windows, every time they shows 'something error'.What should i do to solve this issue.
