Hi,
First of all, the problem started with bluetooth problem.
I couldn’t pair my headphones to my pc and whenever I tried to pair my headphones up, my pc said it is connected, but my headphones didn’t show any sign for any connection. Also, when the headphones are connected, the speaker output was always at the pc’s speakers. So my headphones didn’t give any sounds that are coming from my pc. After the bluetooth problem, my screen freezed and stucked on the chrome screen. After I waited at the freezed screen about 5 minutes, I forced to shut my pc with the shut down button. Then, it stucked at the black victus loading screen for extra 5 minutes. After that, I tried to shut it down again with the power button, but same happened. Then, I force shut my pc again and it said Automatic Repair. When I saw this, I tried windows repair but it didn’t worked. I tried to open with secure mod, but it stucked at windows opening screen. Now, it stucked at resetting the pc screen at loading at %9. My pc is new and I hadn’t encounter any problems until the problem I have mentioned above. Please help me.
