Microsoft Windows Server 2012

Windows Can't start and i can't go into the boot menu or BIOS so i can't boot from a USB OR DVD DRIVE.

Please help

We can't help you if -- as you indicate -- you have installed Windows Server 2012 on your own.

Regardless of what operating system you have or had on your PC, you should be able to boot from a DVD or USB flash drive as follows...

 

Go into the BIOS, enable Legacy Mode and disable Secure Boot.

After you have changed the BIOS settings, restart the PC, tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select either the legacy DVD or legacy USB flash drive (as applicable), and press the enter key.

 

The PC should then boot from either device.
