Help me
My laptop Hp Probook g0 450 running Windows 10 1607 64 bit with all driver load correctly.
When I upgrade Windows 1703 via OTA or 1709 via iso usb, the computer stuck at 33% and the hard disk stop running. I must force reboot using power button, the Windows update failed as the picture above. Anyone face with that problem and suggest a solution? Thx!

Hi
So find a friend/internet cafe/libary/school/other PC
and download and make your own NON HP install disk.
It will licence automatically on a previously licenced macine.
ISO images of various Microsoft OS's are available. They can be be downloaded (sometimes you need a licence key other than the HP OEM key) and 'burnt' to a DVD or USB. They will NOT contain the appropriate HP software, like drivers etc, but will enable a repair to be started

For when you only have Linux etc (non MS OS) to create install media.

if you make the above, tehn maybe the XCOPY line is relevant.

Hi
Can you do a system re-install from the software that came with the machine?
Do you have valuable data to rcover?
I assume from your post you had tried something like this...
The key line is the XCOPY to try and retrieve data to an external USB, otherwise try and do a repair before installin over the top of your existing OS.
A hard reset may, hold the PWR down for 20 seconds and try the onboard recovery methods.
