My Laptop Fresh installation to Windows 10 version 1903, but there is a problem on Windows Hello Face not working. I tried reinstall webcam driver but issue persist. Checked windows is up to date. Error Details: Windows Hello Face The option is currently unavailable -- click to learn more We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello

I have the same issue with my laptop. After installing Windows 10 v1903 Windows Hello Face stopped working. (We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello)
I have a HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl1XX Windows 10 Home 64 bits Version: 18362.295
Please let me know what to do.
