Windows Hello Face on Windows 11 22H2 not working HP ENVY x360 15,6″ „2 w 1” 15-ew0000 (549V7AV)

Hello. I bought this laptop.
After a clean install of Windows 11 22H2, Windows Hello Face is not working properly. Face register, but the service cannot recognize the user and login is possible only by pin code.
I removed the IR camera (no drivers from HP on the product page, only drivers from Microsoft)
I cleared the TPM
The service worked on the factory system.
Is there any solution to this problem.

I installed factory Windows 11 21H2 and everything works until I download updates from Windows Update (system and drivers).
Same issue on 21H2 that Windows Hello cannot recognize faces.
HP check it because it's something wrong with the drivers or you need a driver for the IR camera.
