HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 (39H22AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

When setting up windows hello face, after a factory reset, I get an error message stating "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face. It worked before the reset. I've tried driver updates and windows updates and for the life of me I can't correct the situation. I'm willing to reinstall evrything again if I can get it to work.

What is your PC 16-f0000 (39H22AV) machine ? It could be one of the following machines (around 50 of them)

The message says it all, your machine probably does NOT have compatible webcam for Windows Hello.

Your machine could be the following machine

             HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f0035nr

It does have IR webcam which supports Windows Hello., please use the following Guide to fix
