I'm trying to set up Windows 11 Hello, but the system says the camera is not compatible.

Is that correct?

If so, can it be fixed?

Thanks

Hi @Gunsmaoke

It is an optional, to verify this enter the Device Manager, go to Camera and see if you have an HP IR, if you don't have it you don't have a camera for facial recognition.

Thank you for the fast response.

This confirms another's response.  It also explains why it was such a great deal at the time.  I'm retired, so all the special features I would have wanted when employed selling IT products, especially HP, are no longer needed.
