I keep getting the error 0x80070017 while installing Windows 10 Home 64-Bit Any help is needed.

I actually meant HP Notebook 15-ba009dx.

Hi:

 

Your notebook appears to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, which by using another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer, you can create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

The method I gave you will only cost you the price of a 32 GB USB flash drive, so I don't know what you mean by "that will be a waste of money."
