Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop came with Windows 10 home. What can be done when you I had to change my ssd and I lost recovery partition and I don't have the Windows 10 license number to reinstall from another media?

Hi,

You do not give the complete model number of the PC.

 

In any case, you do not need the product key as it will be in the firmware, or if an older machine it will be remembered by the Microsoft servers.

So, you can use Microsoft media to reinstall the OS. If asked for a key, click on do not have a key and continue the installation. Once installed and connected to the internet, it will automatically activate.
