HP Case Managers are no help at all, I have a case manager assigned and I have a voicemail and an email from him. I have called him and emailed him every day since and have not gotten a response back. I am just waiting for my HP 24 g-020 All-in-One desktop to become an All-in-One PAPERWEIGHT.
Zaul my Case Manager has not gotten back to me at all, I understand that he may have others to deal with, but to not get back to me once is a bunch of crap. I have a laptop that I use for school and I used to transfer all of my stuff onto my desktop after school but cannot because I don't know when my desktop is going to become a paperweight.
It is not my fault, but I feel like I am getting punished by HP. I bought a system with Microsoft Windows10 fully PRE-INSTALLED on my HP 24-g020 All-in-One desktop and I have been accused of having bought an HP 24 g020 All-in-One Desktop with a trial version of Microsoft Windows 10 Pre-installed. When did an operating system come with a trial?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

I live in Kansas, I am not sure where an HP service center is. Is that like taking your iPhone into the Apple Store?
At this point, I would just like the Care Manager to show some care and call me back, email me, send me smoke signals, a carrier pigeon, something. I email and call every day and all I get is nothing in return. So much for care. Don't know where or how to take this higher.

Well another day and no contact from Zaul!! No contact from HP customer Case Manager. Who would have thunk it. This is really depressing now. I actually know how HP actually feels about their customers. This is sad, I have been a very hard time, I am hoping to not be out for too much longer.

Hi,
Don't expect any reply from HP customer representative just call customer care number and tell them your case ID and they will help you out. I prefer Online chat or E-mail support this is slower but definitely help you.
