So, today when I switched on my Laptop, it went fine up untill I punched my password.

After that, it was stuck at the welcome screen with the animated circle going on. I could move my cursor. That's all.

Then, I force a reboot. No change.

Further, I log in through the guest account. I'm in. But, I can't do any diagnostic exercise because it requires my admin password and as soon as I punch it, a unusual lag starts, inhibiting my ability to do anything.

Tried again. Same.

Now, I do some googling on my phone and run the memory and hard drive tests as attached above.

SOS!

Hi:

 

The error code means that you have to replace the hard drive and resinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

The HDD R & R procedure can be found in chapter 6.
