I had my HP Envy repaired by HP under warranty, they replaced the motherboard and heatsync, when the laptop was returned Bit Locker had been activated, managed to get round this by using my bit-locker keys, laptop goes into recovery but I can't get it to escape from windows recovery having tried every option from reset to booting from a Windows Created Media on USB, it keeps recording stopcode errors for lots of different reasons, when I do get to a windows screen it says my pin has been disabled and won't let me create a new PIN, goes back into windows recovery loop, must have been through 50+ restart loops with different reasons, obviously changing the motherboard has upset Windows 10 and not sure how to get round the problem.
